I saw the first ultrasound today. The baaby is about the size of a grain of rice and the "yolk sack" is bigger than it is, but it has a heartbeat and the doctors say that's wonderful.
They've decided on the name, at least they think they have. Addison Mackenzie for a girl and Jacob Matthew for a boy. Christine's mother doesn't like Addison Mackenzie. They say that it's a gaelic name and it wouldn't work with a french surname, but I think that's silly. We'll likely see them change their minds before the baby is born.
And the believed date is May 24. We were joking that they should name the baby Victor or Victoria or Twofour *grin*
Christine is only six weeks along and the morning sickness is getting to her. SHe's doing okay though, and mom is making sure that she eats. Apparently tuna is the only thing that she can consistently get down, so mom made her some tuna salad and sent some cans home with her.
