Hospitals and practices seem to have a tendency to let all the nurses do the "desk" job instead of hiring a real receptionist/secretary. What they don't seem to get is that while it cuts the costs it also cuts the efficiency quite a bit. I have personal experience with that, they can spend hours finding a journal.

Well hopefully your dad's getting the help he needs now and things'll get better. try to keep in good spirits, at least for appearance sake.
