All this while they've been slowly moving up Bank and right now they've got it closed from Slater to Sparks and they're working on the sidewalks on O'Connor from Laurier to Albert. I honestly don't recall if this construction is on top of last year's or if it's a continuation of. The whole thing seems to smack of bad planning though.
