Quite. I don't think there are any North Korean exporters that would be prominent enough to feature in a big Canadian store. Wikipedia tells me that about the only computer-related company in North Korea is "Korea Computer Centre Sinhung Company".
Maybe some parts are manufactured in North Korea or something? That's the only thing that I could potentially think of.
