It's funny how minor things can ruin the suspension of disbelief in a book.
Everyone went on and on about how marvelous The da Vinci Code is, but I have to say, that so far I'm disappointed. There are glaring errors in his allegedly well-research book that are ruining the experience. I keep hoping that it'll get better, and it does, and just when I'm enjoying it again, Brown screws up again.
Maybe I'm being too sensitive, but I'm hoping that I'll find in it what everyone else has. ... I'm sure that there are those who liked it on it's own merit, but I have to wonder how many people loved it because the critics told them to.
( Nit-picking facts, hidden for those who don't want to see them )
So what did others think of this book?
