2 May 2005 11:50At work ... I just found out that Bell is coming by today to install the phone lines. That makes me happy. I was speaking to a woman here who's friend has been on the priority list for 8 weeks (of course, Bell hasn't been on strike for that long, so I doubt the story a bit).
I have also found out that I've been extended to the begnning of June. I am rather pissed off at my agency right now. They knew that I needed a week off and yet they accepted the extension without consulting me. Since I apparently can't say no today and the folks here need the help, I will stay on, but this is the last extension. I need time to unpack and rest.
