An online paper calling itself "Soufoaklin - all the news that ain´t fit for no North Oakland" recently published the following story (under the cut below).
Most likely it´s a hoax or a variant on an old Urban Legend. Snopes, the Museum of Hoaxes, and the Encyclopedia of Urban Legends list similar stories as urban legends. But as the show Fact or Fiction brings up, often these urban legends have a tiny grain of truth, though the larger story has been embellished to the point of unrecognizability.
Still, I know that I wouldn´t want a tatoo in a language I couldn´t read, for fear that this could actually happen ... What can I say, I´m paranoid.
