I would like to know what it is about government buildings with non-palatable water. I don't mean it tastes bad, I mean you can't drink it. I was last at Esplanade Laurier. You couldn't drink the water there because of an antifreeze leak years before. You could boil it and wash your dishes with it, but the government provided bottled water for drinking.
Now I'm in the West Memorial Building. This time, there's lead in the water. This means no drinking, no boiling, and no washing of dishes.
I have to wonder if the next government building I'm in will have no running water at all ... That would be the next logical step. ... Hey, my workplaces are moving back in time right along with my wardrobe! I had been planning on making an victorian suit, but maybe I should just stick with the pseudo-edwardian suits that I'm favouring at the moment.
