Ah memories!
13 March 2008 16:42The younger employees at work were just tripping down memory lane remembering an old TVO show we used to watch. Today's Special. It was a fantastic kids show about a department store and the adventures the staff had at night. There was Jodie, the store's window dresser; Sam Crenshaw, the night watchman; Jeff, a store mannequin who came to life when the magic words were said; and Muffy, a magic wielding mouse. Jodie and Jeff were the only characters played by people. Wih the exception of a few guest stars all the rest of the stars were animated or puppets.
Gee, I wonder if it will ever be released on DVD? I'd love to introduce Addison to the series once she's old enough. It really was memorable; fun, interesting, educational ... Yeah, I have to find Today's Special, Passe Partout, and Doctor Snuggles on DVD *grin*
( Hocus Pocus Alamagocus! )
