Pokemon Go and my diet/exercise regime

So when this app first came out I was more than a little Meh about it. I outside the target demographic when the show came out and I was completely uninterested in the game (survival horror was more my thing). And then I started hearing the news about the game - the press talking about people running into traffic, sexual predators using lures to trap children, other criminals using lures to trap adults and rob them, and then there were the videos of the guy on the TTC rail line and the incident in Central Park. I brushed the whole thing off as stupid, and it wasn't available in Canada anyways and apparently the app was massive.
