Oh look, it's April!
5 April 2021 15:18I almost missed this update. I don't have a whole lot to report, honestly. It's Camp NaNo April so I'm working on a Fallout 4 piece that's been living in my head for a while for that. I've also been hacking away at the vaguest idea I have for a Smokescreen and Mirage fic.
Being still stuck at home - over a year later - and learning that this might not be over for another year if not more is sapping at my creativity. I know that I need to get past this by just writing and posting something. Anything. But I just can't get past the little voice in the back of my mind that nothing I'm writing is good enough. I just need to get past that.
So leading into that attempt to write something (anything) I'm looking for inspiration and have maybe found something in the song Matches to Paper Dolls by Dessa (link to Youtube video - Audiotree live version). I'm thinking a Smokescreen/Swindle fic.
Anyway, the plan is to keep plugging away and try to just keep on surviving through all of this.
