Yeah, like povlyn said, I think that the airlines are counting on people cancelling out at the last minute or not showing up in time. ... It really doesn't suck any less, and I do hope that they run into some financial problems thanks to their practices. I know that it's a drop in the bucket for them, but I know that I will never fly Northwest again and I will never send one of my people with them again -- 18 travelling employees is nothing to them, but I will be talking with my fellow travel planners.
