In your own space, post a rec for fannish and/or creative resources. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
There are an awful lot of these in the Transformers fandom, and most (if not all) of the people reading this will know these communities. But I'm going to recc them anyways, because this is my blog and my reccs. Plus, it will be wonderfully useful to have these links for later on when I want to quickly find them.
The list, in no particular order:
1. Abandoned Places (LJ and Tumblr) -- Sometimes you need a nice and creepy place to write about. Sometimes you just need atmosphere. I tend to look to Abandoned Places for those inspirations. These are a series of photographs of destroyed and abandoned places, and sometimes those pictures are all you need to jump start a good little creepy horror. While I haven't written it yet, I have a bunny stashed away involving the Autobots arriving at an abandoned town or park and being reminded of Cybertron even as they're shocked by the alien qualities of the place.
2. TF Bunny Farm - Speaking of bunnies, this is one of many places to go to if you want a bunny idea to kick start the creative process and aren't sure what it is that you want to write. Some of the ideas are almost fully fleshed out while others are more vague in their ideas.
3. Maxkirin's Tumblr - This is a wonderful resource for writing prompts of all sorts. Maxkirin provides prompts, advice, videos, and music, as well as a whole variety of other things to get you on your way when the writer's block is rearing its ugly head.
4. The Cybertronian - The Cybertronian is basically a magazine that collects all of the fanfiction, art, links, challenges, etc. that appear in the various transformers communities in a given week. If you're looking for something to read, check it out!
There is a whole lot more to post for this list and I do believe that I will be adding to it as I think of and run across more sites.
