Well, two days since getting home and things are a bit better. I was all wobbly yesterday but a nice, long, drug-induced sleep solved that problem nicely.

Tika is doing better. Her morphine patch fell off yesterday and we put it back on with bandaids but it fell off again today. The Vet told us to keep it off, and just monitor her to make sure she's not in pain.

I'm back at work and all is as well as can be expected. I also wanted to thank everybody who was concerned about me/my cat. Your thoughts and wishes really healped with my downward funk yesterday :)

The first few days after vacation are always hard...why do we always have to come home to rest after taking a vacation? *hugs* And having a sick loved one - 4 feet, 2 feet, wheels, doesn't matter - makes it harder to recover and get back in the groove.
