Okay, so that's a rant and not ramblings. Here are the promised ramblings. I had the pleasure of watching The Worst Jobs in History on the History Network last night. It was hosted by Tony Robinson, and after last night, I will never complain about the nature of my jobs again (just the idiots I work with). It was actually well done, with Robinson actually doing the jobs to get a feel for them. Admitedly, he had someone else play Charcoal Manufacturer, he didn't actually get cut by the Barber-Surgeon (though he did get "cured" by the Wise Woman), and he wore a modern safety harness when he when egg hunting down a cliff.
Makes me appreciative of the things I don't have to do.
