Today is National Kissing Day! So take the time to kiss your loved ones and Partner(s)! The health benefits include increased heart rate; redder, fuller lips; improved circulation; a sense of euphoria; decreased plaque, gingivitis, and halitosis; and people who kiss their partner(s) before leaving for work live five years longer!

So kiss your love(s). Heck, if you’d like kiss a total stranger … though that might lead to legal problems …

Oh, and congratulations to London on winning the 2012 Olympics!

Apparently over 100 of the triatheletes competing in the VisitScotland Adventure Triathlon on 23 July have had themselves insured against injury from Nessie attack.

Competitors will have to swim two laps of Urquhart Bay, where Nessie has been seen most often, and they are apparently quite concerned.

The insurer (NIG) conceded it was an unusual risk which many insurance companies would not consider. Hey, I guess that money is money and Stubb Newell was right when he said “There’s one born every minute.”
