Plans for June
5 June 2018 11:21So July is the second Camp NaNoWriMo of the year and I have a choice to make. Do I continue trying to make the TF/MCU fic work or do I work on my original novel? On one hand, I really, really, really want to make the TF/MCU fic work, but I have been fighting with it for ever now. The big issue is that I think I have too many characters and I'm just going to have to cut them. And I don't want to! It's another case of "killing your darlings" I suppose.
On the other hand, I have had this novel idea in my head for ever but it requires world building that I'm struggling with. World building, especially alternate history world building, is hard!
So that's the plan for June. Fighting with both ideas, playing with them and trying to get something down, so that I have something to play with in July.
