And the worst kind is the when you think you are asleep.

I was told today that I was wandering about last night. Going to the washroom, coming down to the kitchen, watching television ... all sorts of things. I don't recall any of this. Apparently, I have begun sleep walking again. No wonder I am so exhausted in the mornings, I'm not in bed at night.

I'm just glad that I can't open locks in my sleep. Don't ask me why, I just can't.

I woke up semi awake last night and looked out the living room window to see sunrise in the distance... it was 3:30 am All good but I also knew sunset fully at 11:30. Talk about screwing up a brain with sleep!!
